Jack, as he is so commonly referred, considers himself from the old school. His father began Del-Val over 50 years ago and Jack has been here from the beginning. Originally Jack serviced not only heaters but appliances, gas fixtures, and anything else gas related. According to Jack, service tech training and a strong emphasis on customer service have kept the business growing. Jack relishes the opportunities that being a small independent contractor can bring. Jiack is really committed to his customers. He asks questions to find out what a homeowner really needs. Then he offers a completed system and stands behind it with a level of service that nobody can beat.

Robert Shropshire

     Rob serves as Del-Val's Vice President and is the future owner of the business. His qualifications are endless, including the standard certifications such as EPA, GASTITE, and R-104A. He is also NATE certified. He has attended repeated workshops and conventions, including Bryant training, Honeywell IAQ, and Burerus hoping to learn as much as possible. Rob has been employed in the HVAC field for over 14 years. With experience at other companies Rob considers himself fortunate to be here at Del-Val.

Rob can be found performing maintenance, service, installations, and estimates.

Robert G. Madden

     Bob has been with Del-Val since 1998. Before coming to Del-Val Bob was with SJ Gas Company for 40 years, 20 of those years he spent teaching service and inspection. Bob has attended numerous schools for heating and air conditioning and is also certified in numerous areas. Bob is very popular among our customers with many requesting him specifically.

Pat Harkin

     Pat has been with Del-Val since 2002. Pat graduated from Pennco Tech in February of 2001. Pat is currently preparing to become NATE certified but is already EPA, GASTITE, and R410 refridgerant certified. He is known for his dependability, efficiency, and pride in knowing his work is done and done right! Of course when mentioning Pat we couldn't forget to mention his outgoing personality.

Pat specializes in installations but can also be found fabricating sheet metal.

Wayne Gressman

     Wayne has been with Del-Val since 2003. He is EPA, GASTITE, and R410 refridgerant certified. Wayne is known for his reliability and competency. Wayne is always willing to help out in any situation, making everyone at Del-Val fortunate to work with him.
