One of our many services we offer is preventative maintenance. Yearly maintenance increases service life of HVAC equipment, reduces replacement cost, and creates greater comfort in your home. Del-Val will check to ensure your system is operating safely and properly. Our Maintenance Contract is an economical service that covers seasonal inspections for a flat fee.

The cost for preventative maintenance is as follows:

Spring: Air Conditioner Maintenance - $62.00
Fall: Gas Furnace/Boiler - $62.00 | Oil Furnace/Boiler-$78.00

Air-Conditioner Maintenance

Clean or change filters
Check drain pans
Check condensate lines and clean as necessary
Clean and tighten contacts
Check electrical connections
Check thermostat
Check Freon levels
Check coil
Check lub bearings and motor

Gas furnace and boiler

Clean or change filters
Check burners and heat exchanger
Check pilot assembly
Check flame adjustment
Check primary flue
Check fan and limit switch operation
Check blower assembly
Check pressure switch

Oil furnace and boiler

Clean or change filters
Check nozzle
Check & clean chimney as necessary
Check blower
Check drawer assembly
Oil motor

Note: There is an additional charge for performing maintenance on more than 1 system.
* Freon, if necessary, is an additional fee.
** Humidifier and Air Cleaner Filters are an additional charge.
* Preventative maintenance will be performed annually in the spring and fall.
Maintenance calls will be scheduled during regular business hours only:
Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4:30PM.
Please call us at 856-881-0576 before each season for scheduling.

*Preventative maintenance is payable at time of service only.
We will not bill for maintenance calls.
Del-Val accepts cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
* Our technician will give you an estimate for any additional charges before performing installation of parts or filters. He will also give you a written or verbal report on the condition of your equipment.
*Without this agreement service is $92.00 for Gas heat and /or Air Conditioning.
Oil service calls are $125.00
